Once signed up, you will have many options to make your payments. Your payment can be set up to automatically process on either your debit card or as an automatic draft from your checking account. Will my account be credit reported?
No, Horizon Health Fund does not report any information to any credit reporting agency.
Will my account be considered as delinquent?
No, your account at the provider will be in good standing as long as you make your payments as agreed.
Can I include other members of my family in my plan?
Yes, as long as you are the guarantor on the account, you can add other individual’s accounts into your plan.
Can I use this program at other medical providers?
Please contact your medical provider to inquire if they are a participating member of Horizon Health Fund.
